Position Summary

The Partnership Management Manager is responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with all partners to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations and the achievement of marketing objectives. This role requires relationship building, effective communication, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver value to partners and enhance their engagement with LEGACY MOTOR CLUB.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate partners, fostering strong, long-term relationships. Build trust by understanding partners’ objectives and delivering on commitments.

  • Activation and Execution: Coordinate and execute partner activations, including events, promotions, and hospitality. Ensure all deliverables are met according to contractual agreements and partnerships reflect the professionalism of LEGACY MOTOR CLUB.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, including metrics on return on investment and engagement. Offer creative, actionable recommendations for partnership enhancements.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, such as marketing, communications, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of partner-related activities and alignment with team strategies.

  • Confidentiality and Professionalism: Uphold confidentiality in all partner communications, demonstrating integrity and professionalism in every interaction.

  • Creative problem-solving: Ability to think strategically while executing tactical plans.

  • Process-oriented: Skilled in following established processes and improving workflows for efficiency, consistency, and in alignment with the Commercial Department long term objectives.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sports or event marketing (NASCAR knowledge a plus).

  • Proven track record in securing sponsorship deals and managing key partnerships.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Lift up to 25 pounds when necessary for equipment setup and breakdown.

  • Stand or sit for long periods during editing sessions and on-site shoots.

  • Withstand varying weather conditions including cold, rain, wind, and heat related to on-track elements.
