LEGACY MOTOR CLUB is seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and fast-paced Graphic Designer to join our Digital Media team. This role requires an individual who thrives in a high-energy environment, can execute designs quickly without sacrificing quality, and is deeply committed to upholding and evolving our brand identity across all platforms. The ideal candidate is not only a technical design expert but also a strategic thinker who can seamlessly transition between brand-driven corporate materials and high-impact digital media content. A strong work-ethic, the ability to deliver on tight deadlines, and a passion for motorsports and the LEGACY MOTOR CLUB mission are critical to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. BRAND DESIGN & VISUAL IDENTITY
Maintain and evolve LEGACY MOTOR CLUB’s brand standards across all materials to ensure consistency and excellence.
Develop internal and external brand-driven designs, including:
Corporate presentations, partner books, formal invitations, and packaging.
Paint schemes and fire suit designs that align with brand aesthetics.
Quarterly reports, PR templates, and other internal/corporate materials.
Oversee print production processes, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Proactively identify ways to refine and innovate design elements to strengthen brand presence.
2. DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA GRAPHIC CREATION
Develop engaging, high-energy social media graphics for:
Event promotions, race announcements, and live coverage.
Sponsor integrations and partner activations.
Fan engagement campaigns, merchandise promotions, and special initiatives.
Any additional digital needs as dictated by leadership.
Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Video Team to ensure all graphics align with content strategy and storytelling objectives.
Adapt and refine designs quickly and efficiently in response to real-time needs, breaking news, and campaign pivots.
Stay ahead of digital design trends to ensure LEGACY MOTOR CLUB’s visual presence remains fresh, dynamic, and competitive.
3. HIGH-PERFORMANCE EXECUTION & ADAPTABILITY
Work efficiently under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects without compromising quality.
Approach each project with a solution-oriented mindset, making real-time adjustments as needed.
Quickly troubleshoot design challenges, ensuring smooth execution across both digital and print platforms.
Maintain a strong work ethic, balancing long-term projects with on-the-fly design needs.
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, providing creative input and proactively problem-solving.

Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of expertise in digital and print content strategy development, production, and storytelling at a brand or sports team.
Technical Skills: Strong background and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Extensive experience in digital, print, and social media formats.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field preferred.
Travel Flexibility: Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
