Vice President of Marketing
This strategic leader is responsible for directing and coordinating several teams to establish and lead programs to boost brand visibility, fan engagement and revenue generation for LEGACY MOTOR CLUB. This includes developing and implementing integrated demand generation strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, aligning all efforts to the overarching brand and business goals.
The VP will define the campaign architecture, ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns and public relations communication channels, and act as the disciplined lead for campaign and event execution. The role includes driving marketing enablement across the organization, enhancing brand visibility, and generating measurable business outcomes.
Areas of Responsibility:
MARKETING
Design and implement an end-to-end demand generation framework across paid, owned, and earned media channels. This includes creating a scalable and data-driven infrastructure to drive consistent and measurable pipeline growth.
Develop and roll out an enablement program to upskill teams across the company in modern marketing methods, tools, and best practices. Foster a marketing culture that empowers business units and regions to adopt the global framework
Define KPIs and establish performance dashboards for campaign and demand generation initiatives. Use data insights to optimize marketing activities continuously
Work with Partnerships, Sales and Licensing teams to ensure cohesive alignment and strategy on all marketing arms of the CLUB.
BRANDING
Build the brand program and drive the continuous development and global consistency of the LEGACY Motor Club brand and corporate identity across all touchpoints.
Ensure all visual, verbal, and experiential brand expressions adhere to defined guidelines, and evolve the brand framework to meet future business needs.
COMMUNICATIONS
Oversee all media relations, race communications, and press materials across NASCAR and off-track initiatives.
Manage major announcements, press conferences, and special projects — from sponsorship reveals and product collaborations to cultural partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with motorsports, business, and lifestyle media outlets to expand brand visibility. Align communications strategy with brand marketing, creative, and social media teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all platforms.
Partner with licensing, brand, and digital teams to amplify key campaigns, including collaborations, merchandise drops, and fan events.
Oversee budgets, agencies, and partners related to PR, media training, and communications production.
Develop internal communications strategies that align employees and reinforce LEGACY MC’s culture and mission.
DIGITAL
Manage the development of compelling content that reflects the brand, promotes our NASCAR team, and resonates with fans.
Define and oversee the campaign architecture in alignment with brand strategy. Lead the planning and execution of global digital marketing campaigns that support thought leadership, partner goals and driving brand identity.
Oversee and optimize social media presence on platforms including Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, and YouTube through the implementation of strategies to grow social media followers, engagement, and fan interaction.
Act as the functional lead for digital campaign execution for partners. Partner with sponsorship and partnership teams to create digital initiatives that enhance partner visibility and value through the integration of sponsor messaging and branding into all digital content and campaigns
Required Experience and Abilities
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Business, Business Administration, or a comparable field
10 years of relevant experience in Brand Management, Communications, or Digital Marketing, ideally in sports, college athletics or professional sports environments
Proven track record in building and scaling strategic initiatives to generate awareness, interest and conversions into sales.
Strong expertise in communications, branding and marketing
Experience in developing and executing campaign architectures and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
Proficiency in defining KPIs, analyzing performance data, and driving continuous optimization
Strategic planner with a strong execution focus
Strong communicator and leader with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for brand leadership, digital innovation, and measurable business outcomes
